	2015 in full swing. I have rolled up my sleeves and endeavour to tackle all challenges ahead. There are big plans ahead: working on big functions, making the club ever more visible to the community at large and continuing to build up Hansa Haus's solid foundation. I will work hard to open our doors wider and continue to work relentlessly to enable this cultural centre to be in the best possible shape for our future generations. Berliner Skat Club Hansa

Welcome to the Berliner Skat Club Hansa

Would you like to learn a new and challenging card game? Do you remember it from the 'Old Country' and would like to take it up again? Or are you playing already with friends and family around the kitchen table and are ready to join a club and either play on a social basis or test your skills in a competitive environment?

If your answer is yes to any of these questions you should consider joining our club.

We meet every Thursday at 6:30pm in the Hansa Schenke of the German Canadian Club Hansa. Some of our members are playing for the enjoyment of the game while others like the competitive spirit, but all of us love the game, the comeradery and the fun of a great night out.

We are members of ISPA ( International Skat Players Association) but it is up to you if you want to join ISPA for $10.00 per year or just be a social player. Member or not, you qualify for our annual dinner, for prize money every Thursday night (The top 25% of our players receive prizes every week).

Some of us travel to tournaments right across North America while others just like to have a game on Thursday nights.The choice is yours!

Our Club is the home of the 2005 Women's Champion Agi Sauerheimer, and about 35 other players who enjoy the game.
